4- Mix Thoroughly:

  • Using an orange silicone spatula, stir the mixture.
  • Ensure the cassava flour is completely dissolved, eliminating any lumps.

5- Heat Gently:

  • Turn the heat to medium.
  • Continue stirring constantly as the mixture heats and thickens gradually.

6- Add Butter:

  • Once the mixture thickens and starts to release from the pan’s sides, mix in 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Stir vigorously until fully incorporated, achieving a smooth texture.

7- Optional Cheese Addition:

  • For added richness, toss in 50 grams of torn mozzarella pieces.
  • Stir until the cheese completely melts and becomes stretchy.

8- Finish & Serve:
