Instructions
1- Prepare the Flax Egg:
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Let it sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes gelatinous.
2- Mash the Chickpeas:
- In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or a potato masher.
