Review: Cactus Club Cafe (Richmond), Mini Burgers

had a pleasant dining experience at Cactus as usual. I was there during their awesome happy hour last week. I thought it was a busy evening with people waiting outside, but our server told us it was a "quiet day!" I put my name down and waited for about 5-10 mins (I guess the wait is usually longer on busy days).
Mini Burgers with fries for $13 is such a good deal at Cactus! I was quite stuffed after the meal. Service was great; everyone I talked to at the restaurants were very friendly and made me want to come back again!
