🍶 1 teaspoon soy sauce

🥄 1/2 cup 120ml Daisy Sour Cream, Pure & Natural

🌶️ A sprinkle of paprika or additional seasoning mix for final flavor

🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1- Preparation:

  • Thinly slice the beef and onion, and slice the mushrooms.

2- Searing the Beef:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet over high heat.

  • Sear the floured beef in the hot skillet until browned, then remove and set aside.

3- Sautéing Vegetables:

  • In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and sauté until softened.

  • Add the mushrooms, continuing to sauté, then sprinkle with the vegetable seasoning mix.
