Everybody is always looking for an easier way to make a cup of coffee. The Ultralight Java Drip is a small, light, and portable coffee maker that allows you to make coffee right over your mug. The directions are a bit specific, so we modified them a bit to see if it would work with standard ground coffee and boiled water. We set aside two tablespoons of coffee for every six ounces of water and boiled the water. The setup was easy and the coffee tasted good, but it was a bit messy. It doesn't stand up, so it's not ideal for an indoor setting unless you're near a sink. However, for only $10, it's a great option for when you need a quick cup of coffee.
