Ingredients
🥔 1 kg Potatoes, 6-8 medium
🧅 2 Yellow Onions
🐟 400 g Norwegian Salmon Fillets, Brand: Norwegian Salmon
🌿 1 cup Dill, finely shredded
🍋 1 Lemon
🧈 100 g Butter
🥚 4 Eggs
🥛 4 dl Milk
🧂 Salt, to taste, approximately 1-2 tsp
⚪️ White Pepper, to taste, approximately 0.5 tsp
Instructions
1- Prepare Ingredients:
- Slice the potatoes thinly.
- Finely shred the onions.
- Chop the dill finely.
- Cut the salmon fillets into desired pieces.
2- Sauté Onions:
- In a frying pan, melt a portion of the butter.
- Sauté the onions over medium heat until they become soft and translucent, approximately 1 minute.
3- Prepare Egg Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs.
- Gradually add the milk, salt, and white pepper to the eggs, whisking until completely blended.
4- Assemble the Pudding:
- Grease an oven-safe baking dish generously with the remaining butter.
