Thank you! We need to update the proposal (it is still saying we are building on Steem ;-). For the most part, we have completed the development plan, except for the web hosting service, where everyone could create their own specialized social site on Hive. This is essentially the last major element of the Waivio platform for Business 3.0. Object reference protocol, attention trading, reporting, guest accounts, exchange integration and much more are already available for Waivio guides and Hive users.
