In one of my best business trips, I had the opportunity to go to Wales to the house of a friend I met in England. The truth is that he is a social media guru. Today he is booming in his social networks for being a tout for healthy vegan food. And he shows you that it is very simple and besides simple it is very tasty. He talks a lot about preserves and cheeses, things that are made only once and that you can have available for you for a long time and are very simple to make.
For those who don't know, canning is cleaning and cutting a vegetable. Put it in a jar with the condiments you want and put it with some vinegar and some other things to generate the fermentation process and after a while they are super edible and like all ferments, with incredible flavors.
The truth is that some time ago he had moved after so much media explosion he had. So he took the opportunity and moved to a house in the countryside a little further away from the city but he did not move because of the distance but because he wanted to have a nicer remodeled house and to be able to make more audiovisual content for his networks so he conditioned the whole new house.
Going to his house was completely crazy. It was like being on a perfect set of a TV channel. Everything was perfectly in place, there was nothing ugly or out of place. I must admit that it has nothing to do with the stream but with the fact that he is super obsessive with his order and cleanliness beyond his beauty. His house is really a complete beauty wherever you look at it, and at the same time it was still as cozy as he is as a person.
We spent time cooking and a lot of time in his garden interacting and I, mainly absorbing a lot of data from him who is a very bright mind that I really enjoy talking to him. I don't know if it happens to you but with him I have an admiration beyond his knowledge, which has to do with his emotional wisdom and I get excited to talk to him. The talks can be endless and more than one night we spend the night having dinner, after dinner, dessert and after dessert drinking some liquor, and then we continue with another spirit and then a tea or a coffee and so on until it's daylight and we spend the whole night talking.

En uno de mis mejores viajes por laburo, tuve la oportunidad de ir a Gales a la casa de un amigo que conocí en Inglaterra. Lo cierto es que él es un gurú de las redes sociales. Hoy está en auge en sus redes sociales por ser un pregonero de la comida sana vegana. Y te muestra que es muy simple y además de simple es muy rico. Habla mucho de conservas y quesos, cosas que se hacen una sola vez y que las podes tener disponibles para vos durante mucho tiempo y son muy simples de hacer.
Para quienes no saben, hacer una conserva es limpiar y cortar una verdura. Meterla en un frasco con los condimentos que quieras y lo pones con algún vinagre y algunas otras cosas para generar el proceso de fermentación y al tiempo ya son super comestibles y como todo fermento, con unos sabores increíbles.
Lo cierto, es que hace un tiempo él se había mudado después de tanta explosion mediática que tuvo. Entonces aprovecho y se mudo de casa a una en el campo un poco más alejada de la ciudad pero no se mudo por la distancia sino que se mudo porque quería tener una casa más linda remodelada y para poder hacer más contenido audiovisual para sus redes entonces acondicionó toda la nueva casa.
Ir a su casa fue completamente un loco total. Era como estar en un decorado perfecto de un canal de TV. Todo estaba perfectamente en su lugar, no había nada feo ni fuera de su lugar. Igual debo reconocer que no tiene que ver con el stream sino con que el es super obsesivo con su orden y limpieza más allá de su hermosura. Su casa es realmente una hermosura completa por donde la mire, y al mismo tiempo que no dejaba de ser acogedora como es el como persona.
Nos la pasamos cocinando y mucho en su huerta interactuando y yo, principalmente absorbiendo mucha data de él que es una mente muy brillante con la cual me gusta mucho hablar con el. No se si les pasa a ustedes pero con el me pasa que tengo una admiración más allá de su conocimiento, que tiene que ver con su sabiduría emocional y me emociona hablar con él. Las charlas pueden ser infinitas y más de una noche nos pasamos la noche cenando, después de la cena, postreando y después del postre tomando algún licor, y después seguimos con otra bebida espirituosa y despues un te o un cafe y asi hasta que se hace de dia y nos pasamos toda la noche charlando.
De esas personas que le dan valor a la vida. Son ese extra hermoso que decis, estas son las cosas/momentos que hacen de la vida, algo especial.
