Some pictures I didnt include in my walk over the cliffs the other day.
Looking down to the sea. Its very high and windy so I wont get to close
You can see some old farm terraces on the hill. Probably not used for 200 years after the last volcanic eruptions.
Nestled in the valley is the old village of Haria we will do a walk there soon.
Whoa...those old farm terraces are pretty epic!!!! Ancient!! I love it <3 <3 What a beauty of a region.
Yes Lyndsay there are a lot around. I will hunt them down and photograph them just for you. Agrculture is spread all over the island but there is more in the north as it is damper there 😎
I like the first picture..wow awesome and I am looking forward to the walk in the valley of the old village of Haria
I think you will love Haria one of the oldes villages on the Island. We have a lot to show you over the coming months and Year.
ok. that will be very nice
I would like that!
Beautiful work!
Thanks...I try :))
Magnificent views indeed Andy. It must have been heartbreaking to have all that farm land lost after the last eruptions. Do you get any volcanic rumblings happening at all there?
Em Volcanic rumbleings 😕 Love that very discriptive. No we have no rumblings, none are active at the moment, but thats not to say it couldn't happen, they keep a very close eye in the situation at our seismic center at Jameos del agua, I will take you there soon 😄
I’m pleased to hear that people at the seismic centre keep a finger on the pulse in regard to any possible activity. I look forward to viewing more of your photos of this volcano 🌋 in your backyard. 😄
