It was pretty amazing. First time saw something like that on the first hand not in the museum. It gets even more impressive to see how much efforts, time and patience was put in to write these books. To hand write each letter so carefully and then illustrate it... pieces of art indeed.

They found a Leonardo in a book from Poland and the book was still in the library but the drawing had long been removed. I can only imagine the attention to detail.
Oh wow, that is something! And well, what I found really interesting is that books are written/illustrated with such a precision that you have to look really closely to see little details that gives away that it is hand-written/painted.
