It is necessary to be competent to prevail in war to enjoy durable peace. The defenseless are prey to predators that consume them and their property, as we see today in Gaza. To be at peace with all, be prepared to kill them all that seek to wage war with you. Good men are the most dangerous men, but seek to harm none that do them no harm first. To enjoy peace, be competent, courageous, and dangerous.
