I now have had 1 magnesium and 1 vitamin C with another two half glasses of water with a fractal of celtic sea salt in between. And a long time ago I missed to Wave (and celebrate) that I had Omega-3 oil, vitamin A oil, 2 vitamin C capsules, 1 vitamin B2 pallet and 3 Amino acid pellets taken with my first meal.
