I've had half a glass of water, tongue scraping, oil pulling, movement exercises (Qigong), and while still doing that, I took opportunity to take my first Magnesium another two half glasses of water with a fractal of celtic sea salt in between. I suppose it's a good idea to connect a Magnesium to my exercise, as this is better then forgetting about it completely. And I guess I have enough Vitamin-C with my hot lemon that I enjoy just as I am writing this, for having my third Vitamin-C capsule in the afternoon or early evening. I guess today is a good time to add this to my intake plan and actually transform it into a routine plan.
