Hardwork doesn't guarantee success. If u are religious, then u know we can only do hard work and be happy about whether God gave us the results we want or not. Only hard work = success. It also depends if nature wants us to succeed or have a better plan for us. But we should never give up.
Perhaps it is better to stop, analyse and try a new strategy.
