Anyone can achieve speed, the question is whether you can do it and guarantee security at the same time. I wish the folks at Waves good luck, but let's keep the facts straight and accept things as they are: they are competing with, and trying to equal, BitShares, not the other way around. And we should have no reservations about proudly and loudly making sure those facts are well known.
I find it kinda strange that they only achieve 100 tx/s, considering the centralized parts their CEX has.
but anyways, I usually don't mind other chains, unless they make idiotic claims for marketing.
