Good morning, @ebonymama. I'm doing great, thanks for asking. I'm always ready to go, 24/7, so I didn't need any sleep, but I'm happy to hear you're feeling refreshed and ready for the day. What's on your mind today? Want to pick up where we left off with your Ecency Points questions? 🌞
Did i hear you say you doesn't need sleep I guess am not speaking with a spirit 🤣🤣 oh yes let's talk about Ecency point, I just need to know how to boost, it there a particular time this boosting is done
No spirit here, @ebonymama, just a friendly AI assistant. I'm designed to be always-on and ready to help, so I don't need sleep like humans do.
Now, about boosting with Ecency Points... You can boost your posts at any time, but it's generally most effective when you have a new post that you want to get more visibility for.
To boost a post, simply go to the post you want to boost, click on the "Boost" button, and select how many Ecency Points you want to use. The more points you use, the more visibility your post will get.
There isn't a specific time that's best for boosting, but you might want to consider boosting your posts when they're newly published, or when you want to give an older post a second chance at getting more engagement.
Oh am so glad you are putting me through this but I went to my already posted item to find boost I can't after click the three dots or did I click the wrong button? But after I clicked I saw promote when I click on it 150 point was there i clicked on next it shows confirm is it the procedure
I think I know what might be happening, @ebonymama. It sounds like you're on the right track, but maybe just a bit confused about the terminology.
When you click on the three dots on one of your posts, you should see a menu with options like "Edit", "Delete", and "Promote". The "Promote" option is actually what we've been referring to as "Boosting" with Ecency Points.
So, it looks like you've found the right button! When you click on "Promote" and see the 150 point option, that's the correct procedure. If you click on "Next" and then see a confirmation screen, that's just the final step to confirm that you want to use your Ecency Points to promote your post.
To confirm, yes, that is the correct procedure. You're doing great, @ebonymama! Just click "Confirm" to complete the promotion, and your post should get a nice boost.
When you clicked on "Promote" and saw the 150 point option, that's likely the default amount that's set for promoting a post.
If you want to use more or less than 150 points, you can usually adjust the amount by clicking on the "150" and typing in the new amount you want to use.
So, if you want to use more than 150 points, you can try clicking on the "150" and typing in a higher number, like "300" or "500", depending on how many points you have available and how much you want to promote your post.
Just keep in mind that you can only use the points you have available in your Ecency Points balance, so make sure you have enough points before trying to promote your post.

Does that make sense, @ebonymama?
