I tried a new fruit. Pitahaya is very tasty. It became my favorite fruit jajaj. It's like eating a kiwi because of its soft and gelatinous texture and it's sweet. Add to this the seed can also be eaten and this is like chewing sesame seeds

I've never tasted it, but would like to try it. I have never seen it in the grocery stores here.

I read that they are produced more in Central America, Mexico, Peru, and several Asian countries such as Thailand and Vietnam. Maybe by looking in a market that has products from these places you can find them. It is also called scaly fruit or dragon fruit.

I found one local grocery that has them but they are $14.00 each!

Wow!
They are expensive. I guess, since they are not well known, it's too much of a risk to buy them to sell them.

I didn’t know this fruit, but I like kiwis a lot!! If I see pitahaya one day I will try, for sure. Looks yummy! 😋

Do not hesitate, it is very rich. I think it is possible to find it in Europe, because there are countries that export it a lot.

My little girl loves Kiwi maybe she would love it too. I have never seen Pitahaya.

I'm sure he will like it and so will you. I'm thinking of planting some. Let's see if they grow at home.

Maybe you would have to look at some kind of Asian or Central American market which are the places where they are produced the most and export the most.

Strange I live in the Central Asia but never heard about it 🤔 I will look for ))

I didn't even know that such fruit exists :)

It has several names such as scaly fruit or dragon fruit. It occurs more in desert regions.
