Jahan vichar hai wahan meditation nhi aur jahan vichar sunyata hai wahan aap uaa samasti ke sath jude hai...

Aapko kuch karna hi nhai hai, sadharan chizon se asadharan ghatna ghatti hai.....jaise ki aa agar chal rhe hain toh sirf chal rhe hai.....agar kha rhe hai toh sirf kha rhe hai...agar office me kaam kar rhe hain sirf kaam kaam kar rhe hian, koi dusri vichar nahi aa rhi hai.....matlab aapka inner self and outer self bulkul sync hai.....isi ko hi meditation ya fir focused attention kaha jata hai...aur aise hi dhire dhire ek din samadhi ghat jayegi....

Bhai kafi kosis kiya dhyan ka lekin success nahi hua, earbuds bhi mangwaya tha no sound while meditating, lekin na hua.
