I always wondered about this. Like if I had an electric car in my apartment building, I doubt they'd let me charge it in the garage (assuming there are even outlets down there). I think a lot of landlords of big buildings like mine will have to do some parking renovations.

There are new public chargers in the village. People need these options. We are lucky to have a drive, but lots don't.
