Contrary to some reports it does not rain here that much. The panels still work when it is cloudy, but it affects the output and the winter days are shorter too. We've only just got them, but I expect a fair drop in performance over winter. In summer they will do really well.
I'm in the UK. It will go up a lot in summer.
