I will look out for that!!! But for now, this really covers the backbone of it all…I’m gonna see if I can find some tomorrow with enough root to roast, that sounds awesome. Are you mixing it with coffee grounds? Or just making a coffee/tea strictly from roasted root?

Just the root will do, nothing else needed. If you get the roasting right you're good to go ;)
When hunting for roots look for the plants with the biggest leaves and that have a higher number of them, those will yield big roots. The other small ones aren't worth the trouble.
