I do use the points to boost my posts.
The Hive I can swap for HBD for 15% APR or to invest in SWAP.btc.
Converting Hive to Australian dollars is something I will do only in emergencies because here crypto attracts capital gains tax.
So, what I can do is put Hive on a crypto exchange and save it for a year before swapping it and I can avoid tax on it.
Right now, the points can be used to help other people boost their posts and help charities and things.
