I realized I can only upload videos on posts. I can't do it on Waves or comments.

Yep. I did a recommendation here on a Wave, I hope they have it in count.
I see, I hope it works. I think it could be implemented in the snaps or waves something like the youtube shorts, short videos that would be posted here on the microblogs
