Ohhhh!!! That sounds so delicious! I've never tried artichokes (they're not easy to find around here), but I'm a soup lover, so I'd love to try one sometime 👀
We used chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, potatoes, canned artichokes, and herbs. It was more food assembly than cooking.
Hahahaha I hope I get the chance to try a soup like this, because it sounds really delicious 🤤
