Wow I never thought of this before because the Gulf countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait etc all are using high sophisticated technologies to boost their agriculture sector as they are wealthy countries rich with oil so this might be a new technology they might have successfully implemented as anything is possible.
