They are not meant to be sold. Instead, you can use them to grow your account even faster. Like by using EPs you can get an HP delegation from @Ecency. Also you can use the promote feature to reach your posts to a larger audience.
Ecency points are the best friends of all users having low HP and limited reach. :)

Promote features has issues, I tried twice not working, even goel.tarun also tried, it's not working.

Kuch jaruri Bindu hain jinke bare mein thik se samjha ke likhna padega. So abhi ke liye aap jis blog ko promote karna chahte ho oose publish hone ke kuch minutes mein hi promotion ke liye process karo. Baki kal main ispe ek details blog likhke aapko tag kar dunga.
Main 2 min ke baad hi try kiya tha...hua nahi...I guess 2 mins old post is a fresh post.
