Summer activity: We have a lot of fruits and vegetables ripening in the summer, so we store them in various ways for the winter. From fruits, we make jam, juice, and compotes. Tomatoes and cucumbers in tomato juice are canned.

wow, very impressive! I usually prepare a grain stew that includes peanuts, honey, chickpeas and other things, which do not need refrigeration and keep for years. It's food to survive a nuclear apocalypse =)

And also very rich in vitamins👍

Yes we prefer to can them instead of wasting. Because we have a lot of them)
