Waves launched Smart Contract. They are Non-Turing complete at the moment, but cover 90% of the functionality normally used in all smart contract. The incompleteness results in no mistakes or bugs in the contracts that can lead to potential hacks. Also, the cost of running a contract is well-known in advance and is a flat low fee. This will enable you to implement various kinds of account controls, including multisig wallets, token freezing, atomic swaps, voting and Oracles.
