Yeah I think it is all still quite impressive if I consider that I can even ask something to just debug random stuff for me, the music and image and file generation is absolutely mad, probably even more so the grunt work things like data analysis and such I used to have to make sheets for etc etc. As we get more use to it though the more a person becomes a bit critical of not just inherent limits but decisions the developers make to purposefully "platform lock" or maybe "goal lock" tools. For gemini chat specifically I have now figured out the hints with context issues so I have no qualms about starting a brand new chat with a very limited problem context even though I give it the same massive file to deal with. Aside from flexibility I guess the biggest enemy is still context and hallucination although my issue with gemini is more akin to when it start obsessing which is the first hint at "overload" for me.
