The Why and How of Governance – Let’s Talk Risks and Rewards

I generally am not a big fan of on chain governance. We still haven't figured out how to properly govern countries or companies so just because we are talking about blockchain and immutability won't change the hard problems. In summary, we don't live in a blockchain world (yet you might say), the cyberspace is just a part of our world and you need rules in and out of that space. Blockchain are a social contract between users. Code is certainly not law. At least not for the time being.
