So this week my friends I returned to a park I have not been to since the beginning of the Summer! So let's see π what kind of birds there is over there today!
Here is the entry sign,
And the flock greets you as you enter,
Here is some still in the trees, π
Here is a little closer shots of an Ibis,

And a little closer,
And up in the trees as well,
I also passed by this Duck family, this one is Dad!
And a little Preening ,
Some Young Pintails were out as well, eating,

Here is a Goose pair I also found!
Making a run for it! π
And the Dad again,
Back by the water we have some more young Ibis,
And here,
And then came the Turtles,
Another here,
Trying to get the last sun of the day,
And a last look across Lakeview,

Wow never seen so many different birds together in one place. Must have been a lovely walk. Observing them.
And you could get rather close by. Always great. They didnβt seem to be bothered.

Yeah, a plus about here is since it's on a migratory path, many birds stop through.. And mostly they are used to it - other birds, and a human means "Food"!

So as long as they aren't too young they have no problems with humans!

Yes, I look at the birds and notice how they actually are pretty friendly because there they get fed. Which is cool by Me, the place is too small! I am "Soooo Thankful" that in this area really unless Your fishing - and only certain ones at certain times at certain sizes, or you hit an animal with your car...
You Better Not Kill "Anything"! Ok maybe Ants and Scorpions, nothing else. Everything has a price on it's head (a Vulture costs $1500.00 for example), and people "WILL" turn you in!
Seriously they will!
This is good for the animals, and the people somewhat. I think that to teach humans not to kill everything, at an early age is kind of important...πππ
So not only important for the birds, which is good - but also the humans!

Yes, and really a must - here...
These people would kill and eat everything without a single care. This is one thing I do like about here. They also made laws about pets that are good too. Like you cannot have an animal on your property (your own) and.not give it water l food - especially in summer..Also "No Chains"!.You can't walk a dog with a chain around its neck and you cannot tie one up in your yard with a chain either - all good stuff!
