Well my running up and down the stairs day are over but a nice casual climb up and down them was good exercise 😎

Yep it's only casual walks now but still good that you can get out and do them i am sure it would have been a nice from up them stairs :)
YEs getting out for walks is what relaxes me got a couple in today

Thanks so far so good got out for a good walk this morning before the heat climbed to the crazy temps we have today staying indoors and cool now :)
