Minnesota to Legalize Recreational Cannabis Usage- 23rd State to Legalize it!

Way to go Minnesota! It is expected that cannabia will be legalized for adult usage soon, and this marks another milestone.

So far, 23/50 US states have legalized cannabis for adult recreational usage. This adds to the 37-states who have approved cannabis for medicinal usage.

Minnesota pushes the number of states who have legalized cannabis for adult recreational usage to almost half. Although Federally illegal, cannabis can move closer to full legalization as more and more states including New York and California approve it. Democrats in the Senate pushed the bill to Tim Walltz, who has vowed to sign it.

As more states legalize it, there are more lessons learned and more of a framework to build the legal cannabis industry from. State's rights and the 14th Amendment have been used to legalize cannabis at the state level, and the more states who pass bills to legalize it set more.precidence for a Federal movement.
