Bill Expected Soon to Legalize Cannabis on the Federal Level

A bill is expected to be coming up soon that might look to legalize cannabis on the federal level around the United States.

With growing acceptance for cannabis and use of cannabis around the country it is only a matter of time before this takes place, even though there are many critics and groups who benefit from the war on drugs who have been pushing back against such a change taking place for years.

The cannabis market continues to grow and so does demand for various cannabis products.

High Demand Cannabis Products

Flower is one of the most popular cannabis products, and pre rolls are also one of the most in demand cannabis products too, along with edibles that are both thc edibles, cbd edibles, or edibles with a mix of cbd and thc.

Cbd has provided a big push for the cannabis market, bringing in people who might never turn to cannabis but who are looking to reap some potential benefits if possible from cbd.

There is also Delta 9 which has seen some retail sales grow over 100% with awareness and demand for that product growing, along with others.

Support for cannabis grows

Support for cannabis around the U.S. is growing and recent surveys suggest that about two thirds of Americans supporting the move for legalization.

The cannabis user is diverse, it can be just about anyone from a grandma to your teacher, business owner, or veteran etc, seniors are one of the fastest growing pot demographics and they are open to edibles too.

It doesn't make sense any longer to harshly police this plant and victimless cannabis activities, as authorities have been doing for the past several decades. Instead we are seeing a reversal with tens of thousands of records being expunged.

Billions in community resources have been wasted policing this plant and there is opportunity for a change and that change on a federal level might be coming soon. Instead of harming communities by policing cannabis as agencies have done for decades, the plant can instead be used to provide incredible value to farmers, patients, and many others in-between who can engage in this market by providing and reaping value in a peaceful way.

I would have to think that's a good thing, if it actually happens. Cannabis helps a lot of people deal with a lot of different chronic pain issues.

I wonder what that would mean for the many who are jailed/prosecuted for "possession?"

Plants that thrive, plants that are widely beneficial for health. Many countries have not legalized this medicinal plant. However, many are also wrong to use this plant as a sedative.
If we smoke this marijuana, solve the problem without problems.
