30 days water starvation diet log - introduction.

Hello All,

I'm a web developer and you know how we spend 90% of our time in front of our laptops and we eat junk food all the time.

I wanted to change that, maybe have a healthier lifestyle later on, never been able to stick to a diet and usually fail miserably.

but this time it's different, I have the support of all you guys, so please cheer me on and read my log as I will be logging my journey day by day.

That's being said here is what I'm going to do:

I'm going to do a 30 days water ... well, scratch that .. 30 days 30 calories or less diet. why 30 calories? Well its because a cup of coffee contains 3~4 calories, and I live on coffee so I cant go without that plus I will be popping a multivitamin tablet daily.

today marks October 12th, 2017 so I will finish this diet by November 11th, 2017.

so let's get started :D

I'll post the day log each day at around 11 PM local time, so till 11 PM wish me luck :)
