Client: just eating healthy, but i know its bad because i skip breakfast, and i don't have time in the morning's but i know my metabolism must be slowing down because i have gained all this weight.

Me: is perfectly fine you can skip breakfast it won't hurt your metabolism.

Client: what... really?

Me: yup.

Me: What kind of training have you been following recently?

client: Running, i know i need to do cardio to lose weight but it just really hurts my knees so i am trying.

Me: what if i told you could get better results without running..

client: (mind blown) but don't you need to run.

me: nope not at all: it's a pure calorie in calories out game :
