Thanks mate, I don't think I've been out of the top 3 since I joined last year...I engage a lot usually as I know the value of doing so.
It's good people have answered your questions...Also people you haven't usually dealt with before.
Just on trending...I never look at it. It has no relevance to me, or most others. I operate inside of communities and my own friends feed. The only time I go to the all posts feed is when I'm looking for new, or really small accounts. So, trending to me has zero value. I mean if a person wants to go there and attempt to curry favour with a big account then fine...It's not my style though.
The sooner people learn that engagement is the way to go the better off they will be.
