I think it is around 6 ...my counting is poor ...but it is the idea that counts. My enthusiasm is starting to pale though.. plenty chaff...very little wheat..and yes I know that is subjective.
Yea I get it. With the high amount of users everyday that are coming in. It might get a little boring since everyone wants to get into it. Perhaps an other approach? Some highlighting of good content in a certain tag might help you get your enthusiasm back ;)
Good point..... but my angle was to try and work on retention..keeping people active once they sign up. There are so many inactive accounts.
Hmm ok that is a good thought. What about not going through the introduction feed but get established writers (5+ blog posts) and promote those more? Since they wrote 5 blog posts (that should contain a bit of quality) you help with the retention of those writers, give them more exposure and help them grow bigger.
The 'problem' when focussing on new people is that no one ever knows if they are gonna stay or not. They might think its easy money and when they realise it isn't they will quit anyway.

Haha, thanks 😜. But more seriously, I hope you get your enthusiasm back for these kind of things because I really think it's a great thing you do. You're an established writer with a high reputation here and can really kickstart someone on this amazing platform. I wish you the best of luck!
