More details on Hive Project : NPTT #0001
I understand Hive Project initiative being supported by volunteers with limited ressources. I am here to help make sure it is not a bottleneck for innovation in the long run. If I could have brought a code package ready to attach itself on Hive Engine I would have. The best I can offer for now is the core principles of the app and the reasons why it is so important for our world community. I know a good programmer not yet on Hive that I will try to bring onboard to help.
For now, let me give you more details on the proposed App functionalities.
The Hive World Trade Center app would be much more than a Human Ressources dispatcher for projects. It would be an innovation enabler. Bringing together people and ressources where the need for it is requested. The community driving it’s own evolution.
Hive strength is its people. And to move it along it requires incentives now in the form of empowering currencies. In this proposed project we would create a new Token based on actual $ManHour.
Hive community could decide democratically which activities would be $ManHour generative. Meaning it creates new $ManHour tokens when user x spends time on such activity. Alternatively, activities would have to be sponsored. $ManHour ↔️ HBD ↔️ BitCoin
Which would be in itself a catalyst to bring ressources in the Hive platform from external currencies. Exchange rates could be set as such as it would be a serious deterrent for one to exchange $ManHour tokens back to cash. Inviting the potential to stay, recycle in Hive and grow. Users advertising their products and services on Hive would attract new users from the outside world, thus bringing external ressources in. Hive will implode !! 😎
There would be different kinds of service demand/requests. For now: Personal, Hive and Public
Personal Service Request:
Deals and transactions between users. Based on users profile, interests and other highly customizable filters. Hive becoming a HR ressource center for web or local activities. It could also be use for goods when the $ManHour value is known.

Hive platform enhancements projects where approved projects would list professional requirement for let’s say 3 programmers for 50 $ManHour each. The app would assist rapidly in finding the good people for the task. No down time for finding employees or volunteers. Rating system between service requester and service provider would help the match algorithm identify the best user employees/employers to choose from.Public Service Request:
For activities outside the web, like Hive Industries, owned by the people.
Ex.:
1 - Solar Power plant for Hive Servers.
2 - AI Automated green house for GeoDistrict #17.
3 - Small shops generating valuable assets, for world market, pulling-in external currencies into Hive Ecosystem. Empowering the Hive! This could help acquire ressources the Hive community cannot yet generate like metals and chipboards, required to build Hive Industries.
The Hive World Trade Center App would also have a growing numbers of built-in sub-apps which would imperatively support at least, to start with, the functions listed here.
User Profile & Querry Settings :
User fills his profile and set parameters involved in service matches powered by personalized open AI algorithms.Project submission:
A - Integrate existing Hive project proposal submission form.
B - Project goes through prioritization and voting.
C - Add fields for people, ressources and material required, so users connected with their AI Match Engine will be able to see if they fit/qualify and postulate on spot.Project priorization and voting:
This would be a $ManHour token generative activity. An incentive for users to participate to the democratic development of Hive. App users would be invited to compare and prioritize projects indicating at the same time if they support it or not by the vote mechanism already in Hive. Imagine a user engaging in a task of comparing 2 projects using a simple window comparing 2 project forms. When user has completed the task he receives x amount of $ManHour per task.
Voting would be also for Hive code amendments and sub-app sections would be dedicated to Internal & External democracy.Dashboards:
A - A dashboard would indicate for each projects/proposal % & # of support including requirement to pass democratically according to Hive community set standards. This page could include already existing project comparison grid.
B - A master dashboard would indicate most prioritized projects. Attracting the community’s attention and focus where needed. All enhanced by Open Sourced AI matching technology.
C - For projects requiring vast amounts of people and ressources a dashboard indicating how much has been secured yet by the engaging community.
Eventually there would be thousands of proposals and the customizable AI match algorithmes would be used to select most relevant issues/projects/proposals for the user.
Hive Internal Democracy:
Listing and voting for all the relevant choices the Hive community needs to take. Kind of a Hive witness system leaning towards Direct Democracy.Hive External Democracy:
A copy paste of code from Internal Democracy but tweeked for any registering group desiring to power their initiative under direct democracy. Think Hive Industries and People’s Enterprises.
