I would like to join this development programme. And i think I meet all of your criteria listed above. I almost write 5 posts per week for months. All my content is my own work and I hope you feel it is good enough.
It would be great if I have the chance to enter this programme. A full PowerUp is totally fine for me, as I am going to Power Up all my reward anyway. And I have never Power Down for my account and hope it shows my sincerity.

Hi, I think I meet all the criteria set out by you but I am not quite sure if my contents are considered good or better in your point of view, so please feel free to check them out.
The reason why I would like to be one of the five "Accounts" because I need support from whales to achieve my current goal in Steemit :

I'm currently on a Power Down (for some financial reasons) and I'm purchasing SP (to continue support), so I'm not qualified... but I'm willing to help support #whalepower... :) I hope this experiment goes well @bullionstackers! ^^
I would like to apply for this. I think I fit in most of the criterias you mentioned except that I have some leased SP right now almost expiring but not planning to lease at the moment. I'm in power up mode right now. I am willing to support whalepower community although I am also helping #japanese community so if that gets in the way for not choosing me I understand.

I would like to join:) I think I meet all of your criteria listed above except I delegate 226 steem power to #cn community bank organized by @justyy and I didn't rent any steem power(the +steem power in my wallet also from my own account).
I almost write 7 posts per week after I joined steemit. All my content is my own work, my post covers food, travel and technology based on my PhD research topic. Recently, I won the best food post in Culture Vulture Competition October Prize Food held under tag #culturevulture.
In these two months after I joined steemit, my 96% post are 100% power up, just two or three was 50%/50% by wrong operation that I forgot to click 100% powerup before post.
It would be great if I have the chance to enter this programme. I will continue 100% power up of my post in future and won't power down in the following year.

I write my own blogs and do not copy and paste others. Comment and help others where possible, but my power is low. Have a discord account under same name. Have been following and using whalepower tag regularly. Really read articles and share where possible and have been posting as regular as possible. I believed I qualify and hope to be chosen.

I would love to have the support of whale power. I’m still extremely new to steemit and I’ve never powered down. I already have discord too so if you send me the link to your channel I can join that minute. I write all of my own content and resteem to help get others out. I will always support the whale community and help where ever I can. Thank you for your consideration.
I wish to take part on this initiative since i really need to build up my reputation. I always try to create an original content posts from time to time and i also with to engage with other communities as well.
