- Connecting people - Connections is one of the most important thing in steemit. Building up connection is not easy as adding and accepting followers. Connection is a relationship towards other writers and authors.You have to bargain your name, dont just write and post.You have to appreciate others work, making friends and be consistent.
Why it is important to build up connection? The answer is very simple...
- Innovation - You have to be more active of sharing your ideas to community. Share things that will help individuals to grow better whatever field they might have. In steemit, you are free to explore and share yout ideas to thousand of users.
like even from minnow days, i was already like a whale. I used to do non-stop like a whale.

3.Partnership - This is making a thin line that connects you with other writer, partnership is knowing more about your connection,their plans and collaboration. These are the people who are part of your growth in steemit sharing common goals and helping each other to become successful. With them, you are able to understand more about the things needed to do to become sucessful. Partnership is also sharing ideas and thoughts to each other. How to get partership? You have to be more innovative.
