Recipe for raspberry and coconut natural ice cream is waiting for you! πŸ˜‹πŸ¨πŸ§
Try it out and enjoy a healthy, tasty and no-preservatives refreshment.
Especially that in one serving is only 118 calories! ;)

INGREDIENTS for a large portion:

βšͺ 400ml (1 can) of coconut milk
βšͺ 100g raspberries (can be frozen)
βšͺ 30g of honey
βšͺ seeds from half of the vanilla stick.

PREPARATION:

1️⃣ Put all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly for 4-5 minutes.

2️⃣ Put the ice cream into a plastic container and put it in the freezer overnight. ❄️

3️⃣ Remove ice cream from the fridge 10 minutes before serving so that you can easily form portions. Apply with a spoon dipped in hot water before. Thanks to this, you can make them easier and faster.

Bon Appetit! πŸ˜‹πŸ¨

If you divide the ice into 8 servings, there is only 118 calories in one. ☺

I love the color on these! They look sooooo good! Have you tried sweeting them with anything other than honey? I'm just curious! Thanks :)

Hi Dear @annemariemay! :)
You can use maple syrup instead of honey.
Although I usually use erythritol or xylitol. My favorite is erythritol because he has no calories at all and is good also for a diabetic. :)
