I'm not a big fan of packaged products ; especially when its a matter of intake in the body. My family uses the wheat flour of the flour mill and we were happy and satisfied with it. Just some hectic work needed: like wheat shopping; checking and distinguishing of stones from wheat and finally go to Miller and get flour from our wheat.
But sometimes, continued advertisement bombarding on the TV and other medias propels us to give a try for the product.We decided to give a try for Ashirwad atta.The result was horrible.We can't prepared the slick rotis from Ashirwad aata. Just a heavy rotis. My mom didn't like flour at all and she had given the slap of mouth instantly.Secondly, dough gets blackish and taste and look diminished after some time.Packaging is very attractive but the product under package isn't healthy.So. we stopped to eat the Aashirwad atta further and decided not to use it further..
