How to make white phenyl

Take 700 ml of pine oil in a plastic container size 20 litre
Add 300 ml of emulsifier OP 95
Stir it well
Wait for one hour

Now add 15 liters of water in it
Stir it well
Your 16 litre white phenyl is ready to use.
