BUSY YEAR OF WILDFIRES IN CANADA
So far this year in British Columbia there have been 1885 wildfires. As of August 15, there were 450 fires burning in British Columbia, of which 195 are out of control. Canada as a whole has recorded 5,955 fires so far this year... The number of fires so far this year is 15% above the 10-year average.
As of this afternoon, Prince George British Columbia, hit one of the hardest by the smoke, had a 19 out of 100 air pollution index... 100 is what you want on the worldwide air pollution index known as the “Breezometer...” In comparison, Mumbai, India a city renowned for having some of the worst air in the world has a rating of 45...

The air quality here in Kelowna is so bad on my phone it shows 385 out of 500 being the worse, and im coughing all the time with my eyes burning ,so im trying to just stay inside. Take care and dont go out lol! Love those shots, great job @gavinthegreat .😀👍✌💕
