You might or might've never heard of this man but here are some of his accomplishments.
He has swam under ice and held his breath for 7 minutes.
He has climbed Everest in shorts, and no shirt.
And he once killed a shark with a punch.
Ok that last one is made up.
The rest is actually true.
The big takeaway that everyone can use is his breathing method.
It is a way of inhaling and exhaling 25 times and then holding it which will change your body chemistry and make you super healthy amongst other things.
