This year, the winter season has been delayed in Turkey. Normally there would be a lot of snowfall during this period. The whole place would be covered with a white blanket. Now there is a spring day outside. There is no precipitation and this can cause drought. But snow and rain will definitely happen. February and March will be very rainy in my opinion.
