This week I have been writing about the topic of persistence every single day. Today's quote is still on the same topic, but it touches it from a very different perspective. In other words, there are times when we fail and when things don't go as planned. What do we do then? For example, you might believe there is gold in your garden and you start to dig. And yes, you dig and dig and dig and dig and dig and dig and dig and dig. But, in the end, it is all turned around, your garden is a mess, but there is still no gold. In other words, you have failed. What do you do?
The majority of men meet with failure because of their lack of persistence in creating new plans to take the place of those which fail.

Even though you have failed once, doesn't make you a failure. It means that you didn't succeed on your first attempt. But, if you started on a blind road, it is still possible to turn around and go in another direction or try another place. Maybe the goal is located a few blocks away? Maybe you just need a tiny adjustment for things to get better?
Don't stop if you don't succeed once. Don't give up if you failed on one attempt. Modify the plan, if needed, but keep hunting for the success and the dream that you see with your inner eye.
It is also crucial to be flexible, so that you can adjust along the way. Maybe you thought you were gonna be a blogger, only to suddenly discover that you should be a vlogger instead? We might not always end up exactly where we thought we would end up, but we must work and be flexible!
