At Steemfest3 I became aware of Wise. I knew nothing about it but I heard something about some kind of more controlled delegation for voting... Anyway, after Steemfest I had time to check it out and guess what... It's a pretty cool idea.
Usually after delegating SP there's nothing you can do to control how it will be used. With wise you can set rules. You can delegate SP to someone who is an expert at whatever and make sure your delegated SP will only be used to vote certain tags.
