See the other comments in this post. Also, subjectively not returning funds to people intending on using Randowhale means that he is not actually returning funds to the majority of people who sent SBD to his scam accounts. He only refunded four people.

Clearly, I have no dog in this fight. Regardless of any other matter, in which Mark may or may not be less than righteous, returning funds is good. I, as I try to convey in my comment, but try to commend good where I see it can be promoted.
I appreciate that you have more at stake (in multiple meanings of the word), that you seek to represent. I neither have anything I can add to your position, nor feel competent to influence you.
All I am saying is that some folks who have received back their funds will be glad of it, and that it was good to do it.
